Ken Davison

Ken’s racing passion came early in life learning from his dad in his drag boat effort. After spending 10 years at a dealership, in late 2001 Ken joined the Barber Dodge Pro Series. 2002 brought great success for a rookie race car mechanic and a rookie driver winning the driver championship with A.J. Allmendinger, along with a team championship. Moving up to crew chief in 2003, Ken saw success with a team championship, driver championship and rookie of the year on his team. 2004 Ken made a move to G&W Motorsports to help build a Star Mazda program along with involvement in their Daytona prototype program. Ken moved to Alex Job Racing in 2005, brought on as the lead mechanic on the #24 911 GT3 RSR running in the ALMS. 2006 debuted the Porsche Crawford Daytona Prototype for Alex Job Racing and it has been in Ken’s hands every since. Ken currently resides in Mount Dora, Florida with this wife Rebecca and daughter Helena.
